Well, it's Tuesday morning and the first load of laundry is in the washer. The outside temp is 64 (F), and the weather's supposed to nice today. All sun, no rain. Our high is supposed to register no more than 82 (F) on the thermometer. Speaking of thermometers, doesn't anyone still own one? I don't. Mostly, I rely on my phone to find out how hot or cold it is, even though I know it isn't as precise. Honestly, I haven't watched a weatherman or woman in year. Why should I waste 5 minutes listening to someone forecast the weather when I use all of 15 seconds to glance at the forecast?
I'm thinking of buying a kettle ball.
One of the workman at the house next door implied that it's nearly ready to go on the market. It will be interesting to see how fast it's sold. The gent who bought it told me he's going to be asking $180,000. That's a lot of moolah. If he gets what he's asking, it's good news for me. I paid $61,000 for my house 29 years ago, which means that I probably have tripled my original investment, or will have when I finally decide to sell.
Paul Reubens died yesterday. I was surprised at his age, I guess because I thought Pee Wee was almost immortal.
Here's a pic of some of my roses.
