The NRC - Frozen to the ground

While some people get to look out their windows and see snowdrops, when I look out my window I get to see the NRC* frozen to the ground.

Last night the temp went down to 0 Fahrenheit, I don't know what that is in Celsius, but it's cold.  According to AccuWeather the temp is not to get it's going to warm by about 10 to 15 degrees during the next 10 days - which is not much.  I am really getting tired of the cold.  The dogs hate to go out.  They zip out and zip back and run rampant through the house, since it's too cold for them to chase each other outside.  I am so ready for spring.
